New bottling line in action!
We are now in a position, in our Dublin Whiskey house, to select and match aged malt and Jack Ryan cask, keep a careful watch over maturation and finish, and – at last! – bottle each of our whiskeys when it is just right.
First up will be a special Finca Museum 12YO cask. This will be the first of the Jack Ryan Special Cask Series. Further casks in this series will include Justino’s Madeira, Château du Breuil calvados, bourbon, Heytesbury rum, and more,
And of course, the 2nd and 3rd parts of the Generation Trilogy, started to award-winning effect with Toomevara 10YO, will continue with Haddington 11YO and be completed by Finisher’s Touch 12YO. Numbered and signed by Eunan Ryan, MD and 5th generation Ryan scion, the Generation Trilogy follows the gratifying and peer-celebrated success of Jack Ryan 12YO, still available.
