This 12YO single malt was finished in Ryan casks that we sent for madeira seasoning to Justino’s of Santa Cruz, returning them to add – yes – the Ryan finisher’s touch to some of our aged malt. Just 6,500 numbered bottles, signed by Ryan scion Eunan.
