Jack Ryan – Finisher’s Touch – 12 Year Old finished in Justino’s madeira
‘The Generation Trilogy’ third release, FINISHER’S TOUCH, is an 12 Year Old Irish Single Malt, matured in bourbon, finished in Justino’s madeira. We sent bourbon and virgin oak casks all the way to Funchal, where they were seasoned with madeira by Juan Teixeira. They were then brought back and filled with aged malt, producing this fine whiskey finish and completing The Generation Trilogy. Winner of Gold as overall winner at the 2022 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category ‘Single Malt 12 – 15 years’. All three of The Generation Trilogy – Toomevara, Haddington and Finisher’s Touch – have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits. 3,500 bottles, numbered, and signed by Eunan Ryan.

| NOSE | A pleasant citrusy sweetness greets the nose with orange, wood tannins, and marmalade. |
| PALATE | There’s more of that citrusy goodness on the palate with blood orange, clementine, and tangerine. It’s woody as well as woodsy with some forest notes in there. Honey and a hint of ginger balance things nicely. |
| Finish | It finishes long and satisfying with those orange notes ringing out and some autumn leaves making an entry. There’s a touch of malt in there as well. |
