Shelbourne 5 Year Old Cask Strength 57.5% ABV, craft-finished in first-use oloroso, continues the “Dublin Series” begun with Raglan Road. This is Batch 1 of a series, each release an inflection point along a time journey coaxing taste from Jack Ryan casks. Only 900 bottles, numbered, signed by family scion Eunan Ryan. We were delighted to win the 2023 Irish Whiskey Award for best Single Malt aged 11 Years and Younger, against fine, older competition.
